With a combined 50 years of experience in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, we bring deep expertise in delivering high-quality training and assessment in Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) and Business. Our dual roles as Trainers, Assessors, and student support professionals have equipped us with the skills to create inclusive, practical, and supportive learning environments.

We each have extensive experience in the interpretation of student's Reading, Writing and Numeracy reports, and provide relevant and appropriate recommendations, which incorporate the findings from the UAN process.

Key Strengths & Experience

  • Approximately 10 years of experience interpreting students’ Reading, Writing, and Numeracy results to identify learning needs and inform support strategies.

  • Designing and delivering tailored training programs that align with both industry requirements and individual learner goals.

  • Collaborating with RTOs, support services, and trainers to determine the most effective support options for student success.

  • Adapting teaching strategies to suit diverse learning styles, including students with limited English or unique educational needs.

  • Providing varied, personalised assessment and constructive feedback to foster student growth and ensure competency.

  • Delivering experienced moderation and mentoring support for other LLN Interpreters to maintain consistency and quality.

  • Maintaining comprehensive awareness of the foundation skills required for funded qualifications and applying this knowledge to course delivery and student support.

  • Supporting student well-being through guidance on mental health, personal development, and career progression.

  • Staying informed on current VET trends to keep content relevant, engaging, and effective.
